High5 Continuous Improvement module

The target group for the module is all people leaders with direct reports globally. You can choose any High5 module based on your development needs without any requirements.   The overall purpose of the Continuous Improvement module is to have leaders understand what continuous improvement is at Hempel and try out a few tools to get started working in this structured approach.   The workshop aims at providing a common language for taking continuous steps that create improvements within teams across the Hempel organisation.   Explained shortly, Continuous Improvement is an ongoing effort to improve products, services or processes to deliver value for the customer and evaluate to strive for the next improvement. This Cycle is Hempel’s own and has been developed and implemented by Operations.   After completing the learning journey, you will be able to:​ - Understand what Continuous Improvement is   - Understand Hempel’s 7-step Continuous Improvement model  - Use selected tools related to this model to get started with a continuous improvement process.
