High5 Leading Change module

The target group for the module is all people leaders with direct reports globally. You can choose any High5 module based on your development needs without any requirements.   The overall purpose of the Leading Change module is to support leaders' ability to drive change forward successfully and avoid the typical pitfalls in change processes.   The workshop aims at providing a common language around change management across the Hempel organization using the following models: - John Kotter’s 8 steps change model for creating successful change in organizations is a recognized model for leading change, - and Rick Maurer’s model describing 3 levels of resistance shows us how we react differently to change depending on what is at stake.   After completing the journey, you will be able to: - Identify the challenges in a change process - Apply concrete change strategies in your daily work - Recognise and work actively with the different types of resistance
