Persuasive Selling Model 'PSM'

Welcome to the PSM learning journey! Anyone interested in learning more about PSM can start with Module 1: Understanding your customer. Additionally, for the commercial department, we also offer group classroom sessions.   This learning journey aims to enhance the understanding of Winning the Hempel Way: Plan, Sell, Execute, for colleagues in commercial roles.   The journey includes: - Recognize what is needed to deeply understand your customer’s business. - Be able to identify and monetize value using SEC (Story/Estimate/Calculate). - Be able to create a SMART objective for every customer interaction. - Be able to use the Hempel Selling Framework: The 5-Step Persuasive Selling Model (PSM). - Enhance your communication skills. - Be able to better handle objections. - Be enabled to create behaviour change so that new skills are applied on the job - Be able to use Value Calculators to differentiate Hempel’s sales value.
