Project Management Essentials

This learning journey is intended for you who are new to or have limited experience/knowledge about project management. The training will provide you with a general introduction and greater insight into project management as well as tools and methodologies commonly observed within the field.   Each track consists of a variety of short videos that present the key elements of project management. The combined tracks represent the various phases you will encounter when moving through a project. You can choose to move through the tracks in logical order or pick and choose where you would like to learn more.  Please note that this eLearning takes inspiration from but does not represent the Hempel Project Model, nor the specific definitions, tools, and templates applied in Hempel.
